There are so many myths and opinions about how to find a gallery as an artist. You can write hundreds of emails that might not even get read, you can wait to be discovered by chance, which might be a good idea if you’re young. Or you can try to run a viral Instagram account, which is not an option anymore since Zuckerberg became one of Trump’s buddies.

And while I was thinking about what might be the right way for me to find a gallery, the characters in my painting series “El Mundo Peluche” came up with the idea of an old-school analog “guerilla” action. So they designed a small poster and stuck it on the doors of about a hundred galleries in Berlin last weekend.
